When are visiting hours?
Our residents love visitors and we welcome them from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily. Visitors are allowed in the facility 24 hours a day but we do ask that you please check with our staff if you wish to visit after 8:00pm as our doors will be locked after that time.
Is there any private space available to use?
Yes, we do have private space available to use for special events with your loved one. If you would like to have a birthday party, a holiday gathering, or just a private meal, you may reserve the activities lounge. Please call our Activity Director and reserve this room in advance.
Can my loved one receive mail?
Yes, your loved ones can receive mail. Please be aware that mail is not delivered on weekends, holidays, or days when the post office is normally closed.

We also have a Send a Greeting feature on our website. This is a great way to get a message to your loved one and not have to wait for the mail. We will print the message out and deliver it as soon as it arrives in our email box.
Is there someone who provides haircuts?
Yes, we have a beautician who comes into our facility on a weekly basis.
Will Medicare cover my stay in the facility?
If you have a Medicare card that reads, Hospital Insurance, Medicare will generally cover the first 20 days of care at 100% if the resident qualifies for a skilled service (receiving therapy, IV’s, wound management, etc.). You must also be admitted within 30 days of being discharged from a qualifying 3 night stay in acute status at an acute hospital. Coinsurance starts on the 21st day and continues through the 100th day. Please talk to our Business Office Manager with any other concerns or questions.
Who do I talk to about questions in regard to financials, billing, and/or admission paperwork?
Our Business Office Manager is here to assist the family with any financial or billing concerns. Our business office can provide detailed assistance in determining the most appropriate form of payment and will work with you and/or your insurance company to come up with a financial plan.
We understand that at times, the decision to put your loved one in a nursing home facility can be an overwhelming process. We will make every effort to make it a smooth transition for your loved one. Our Business Office Manager and Social Service Director will assist you with the admissions paperwork and the rules and regulations regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and various insurances.
